What happens next
Tell us about your preferred proportions, budget and destination. We source available options and share actual imagery and specifications. You decide only after the full written quotation is agreed.
Reports & verification
For a diamond, ask us to confirm the issuing laboratory and report number for the selected stone. Gemstone documentation is agreed separately. Check a report on the laboratory’s official website.
Delivery & client care
Delivery is arranged individually. Charges, timing, tax responsibilities and return conditions are set out before payment. Read our client-care approach.
