Enquiry information
When you contact us, we receive your name, email, optional telephone number, destination country, message, selection preferences and, for professional enquiries, company information. We use these details to respond, source a selection, prepare a quotation and continue the conversation you requested.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send payment-card information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through this form.
How your enquiry reaches us
Form messages are delivered to our team by email using Resend and our existing business mailbox. These service providers and our hosting service may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Our website stores limited security metadata and hashed delivery receipts to prevent repeated confirmed submissions; receipt files do not contain your enquiry text.
We do not sell enquiry information. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the enquiry, operate the website or meet applicable obligations.
Functional preferences and cookies
The site can store a functional region preference (Europe/EUR or USA/USD) in the cd-region cookie for up to 180 days. It is used to remember your preferred quotation context, not to track advertising behaviour. You may change the preference using the header control or remove the cookie in your browser.
This international release does not include analytics or advertising trackers. Opening WhatsApp, the Georgian website or a laboratory report-check service takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Enquiry communications are kept as needed to handle the conversation, a resulting order and applicable record-keeping obligations. Technical delivery receipts expire after 24 hours and are removed during normal receipt maintenance. You can ask us for information about your data, to correct it or to delete it where applicable, or withdraw permission for further enquiry contact. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
